Terms of Service

By submitting an application to TopCommercialBuilders.com ("the Site"), you agree to the following terms.

Listing Term

All listings are valid for the balance of 2026 (from the date of approval) through December 31, 2027. No refunds are issued after the application is approved.

Featured Listings

Featured Listings provide top-of-results placement in a given city. Only one Featured Listing is available per city. Featured status is first-come, first-served. If a Featured slot is unavailable, only a Basic Listing can be purchased for that city.

Accuracy of Information

You represent that all information submitted in your application is accurate and up to date. TopCommercialBuilders.com reserves the right to remove listings that contain inaccurate or misleading information.

Verification

We reserve the right to verify licensing, bonding, and insurance claims. Listings that do not pass verification will not be published, and a refund will be issued.

Payment

Payment is due at the time of application. We accept major credit cards. All amounts are in USD.
